Orders for delivery before Easter must be placed before 1pm on Wednesday 31st March.
Due to the bank holiday weekend all orders placed after this time will not be out for delivery until Wednesday 7th April.
We are still open for business as usual. However due to the current Covid 19 outbreak, the delivery network is under increasing pressure with a large surge in on-line purchases. Our advice to customers is to place your bait orders to arrive with you in plenty of time for any planned sessions/matches. If you store your bait correctly it should be fine for a week or two.

Orders for Saturday delivery can be placed on any day of the week, but must be placed before 11am Friday. If the deadline has passed, please call us to check availabilty of this service as we may still be able to process your order in time.
All livebait orders are sent on a premium overnight delivery to ensure your bait reaches you in superb condition. Orders placed before 1pm Mon - Thurs will be processed to arrive at your door the very next day. In order to keep our prices as low as possible for every angler we can only offer free delivery on selected products. The following rates will apply for retail customer orders delivered to Mainland UK & Mainland Scotland. Reduced rates will show as a discount in your cart. Due to social distancing regulations your delivery driver will not ask for a signature. In the event you are not home your parcel will be left in a safe place. Please provide any delivery instructions on where your bait can be left safely when you place your order. If you do not supply any information for a safe place and are not home, the driver will assess where to leave your parcel and will leave your goods at your own risk. If you are a new customer you can place your delivery notes in the box at the bottom right of the page when you enter your address. If you are an existing customer - select the new address tab in the drop down menu at check out. Your saved address will automatically appear and you can place your instructions in the order notes box on the bottom right of the form. Please note: these will need to be up-dated for each order.
If you would like to pre-order your bait for delivery at a future date all you need to do is let us know on which date you would like to RECEIVE your delivery. You can place your instructions in the order notes box as above. We will keep your order on hold to be processed for delivery on the requested delivery date. If you are ordering for a holiday or festival, please make sure you arrange to take delivery of your bait before your departure date.
Perishable - Live & Frozen Baits
We only sell farm fresh live bait and quality frozen dead baits. Unfortunately due to the nature of these items we are not able to accept any returns. However if you are not satisfied with the quality of your bait please give us a call within 24hrs of delivery. Live maggot & pinkie must be placed in a sutable container and allowed some time to recover from their journey.
You can return any items to us for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Any such items must be in the origional packaging, unused, and unopened. A proof of purchase will be required. Send the items you wish to return to Angling Bait Company Ltd, Brockton Store, Lydbury North, Shropshire SY7 8BA. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs and these are non-refundable. Once you item has been received we will contact you to let you know your refund is being processed. Returned Paypal funds will show within 2-5 working days. Credit or debit card refunds will vary depending on each individual bank.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always request photographic evidence to be sent to email@example.com before we can arrange for either a refund or replacement. We may in certain circumstances ask you to return the goods to us for inspection at your own cost. This cost will be refunded as soon as the item is confirmed to be damaged or faulty. Please call us to discuss your options before you return any damaged or faulty items, return delivery costs will only be refunded by prior agreement with ourselves.
